Owner retains 4–6 weeks of personal use per year (typically blocked outside high season). Charter revenue split 60/40 (owner/operator) after operating costs.

Structure B: Marketing + Booking Only
Komodo Luxury markets the yacht through our channels and handles bookings. Owner’s own crew operates the vessel. Charter revenue split 80/20 (owner/operator) before owner’s operating costs.

Structure C: Co-Charter Network
