Bira Yard Liaison
We coordinate Bira and Tana Beru shipyard visits for serious buyers. Two-day or three-day visit programmes including domestic flight (Makassar-Bulukumba), ground transport, master-shipwright introductions, multi-yard inspections, and overnight in Bira.

What Happens After You Reach Out
Our standard buyer engagement process is structured to respect your time and avoid speculative work on either side. Here is what to expect from first contact through formal engagement:
Within 4 business hours of inquiry. A senior broker (not an automated system) responds with acknowledgement, initial questions to understand your context, and (if you prefer) a calendar link to schedule a 45-60 minute introductory call.
Introductory call (45-60 minutes). Free of charge, no obligation. We use this conversation to understand your buyer profile (private use, charter operation, hospitality asset), budget range, timeline, geographic preferences, and any prior yacht experience. We share our process, brokerage fees, and realistic timeline expectations. By the end of the call we both know whether continued engagement makes sense.
Buyer intake document (post-call). If we proceed, we prepare a 12-15 page intake document summarising our shared understanding, recommended path (new-build, refit candidate, or operating yacht), shortlist criteria, and proposed engagement structure including scope, fees, and timeline. You review and sign or modify.
Shortlist + inspection trip (weeks 2-6). We curate 5-9 candidate yachts matching your profile and arrange a 4-7 day Indonesia inspection trip covering Bali, Bira, and Labuan Bajo. We accompany every inspection. Inspection trip cost (your travel + lodging) is yours; our broker time and logistics arrangement is included in our brokerage engagement.
Survey + offer + closing (months 2-4). Selected finalists undergo independent surveyor inspection. Structured offer drafted as deal memo. Negotiation, escrow, and closing typically run 60-120 days from offer submission.
Office Visit Protocol
Both Bali and Labuan Bajo offices welcome buyer visits by appointment. We do not maintain walk-in retail-style premises — these are working offices with confidential client meetings, so booking matters. To schedule:

For Labuan Bajo office (Komodo Luxury Marina): email same address. Labuan Bajo office is most accessible during charter season (April-November). Off-season visits possible by special arrangement.
Bira yard visits require 2-week advance notice and are typically combined with full inspection trip. We arrange domestic flights (Makassar-Bulukumba), ground transport, and overnight accommodation.
Confidentiality + Discretion
Our buyer engagement is confidential by default. We do not publish buyer names, do not share inquiry details with third parties without your specific consent, and do not include yacht details in any marketing materials beyond our website listings (which exclude buyer-identifying information).
For HNW buyers concerned about discretion, we accommodate signed NDA prior to any deal information sharing. Most of our buyers prefer LinkedIn or video-call interaction rather than office visits during early engagement, which we fully support.
